BlueGlue was created by Bill Ingram, an ex-recruitment consultant, and David Johnson, a technology company CFO. Bill saw how much entrepreneurial technology companies needed help with the whole hiring process… and how the agency model was way off the mark. David knew that CFOs like him wanted to bring the cost of hire right down, drive up candidate quality and free operational managers from the distraction of recruiting admin. Together, Bill and David created a completely different way to get hiring done brilliantly: BlueGlue.
